Broken Love(A vampire poem)

Sitting here under the night sky
Thinking to myself why?
I thought you loved me
Was it all a lie

My heart is now shattered
As the tears stream down my face
Here I am a lost lonely soul
Asking to no one why did it have to be me?

I continue to cry thinking of you
My once vampire prince I guess I
Just wasn't the one for you to love
I'm wandering through this world

With a shattered heart and my now frozen tears
I guess we weren't meant to be not in this world
Or the next I was such a fool to even believe
That you could ever love me

Goodbye my vampire for I am slipping away
Into a the darkness where i'm most welcome
You were once my everything but now all we have
IS A BROKEN LOVE
